Obviously....its always the same....USA is a protection racket through congressional lobbying....OpenAI cannot make a useful product so they will prevent othets from doing so

Here I was wondering what OpenAI even gets from this particular piece of legislation, but alas it is just the CEO trying to get more money for his individual self.
